What to expect when you visit us
As a result of COVID-19 we want to assure you that we are taking the health and safety of our clients & team members very seriously as we reopen. There are many new safety precautions and sanitation measures that we are implementing. Below is an overview of what to expect.
POLICY:
- We will not be accepting sick clients for any appointments.
- If you or someone you are in close contact with are sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately. We will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- You can not have an appointment if you are pending test results for COVID-19.
- You have not been diagnosed sick or quarantined in the last 14 days with COVID-19.
- You have not been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has flu or corona virus type symptoms.
- You do not live with anyone who is sick or quarantined in the last 14 days.
- You are not currently presenting any of the following COVID-19 symptoms: Fever in the last 24 hours, Chills, Fatigue, Cough, Sore Throat, Difficulty Breathing, Shortness of Breath, Loss of Sense of Taste or Smell, Muscle Pain, Body Aches, Headache, Congestion, Runny Nose, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and allow extra waiting time to check-in.
- We are not using a waiting area at this time and you will be required to wait in your vehicle and call us to announce your arrival.
- Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) for the time being.
Before your appointment
You are required to fill out and sign our consent form before your appointment. This form can be filled our here COVID-19 Consent
- All clients and team members will be required to wear a mask while at the shop.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and allow extra waiting time to check-in. We are not using a waiting area at this time and you will be required to wait in your vehicle and call us to announce your arrival.
- Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) for the time being.
When you arrive to the Shop
Please do not leave your vehicle and try to enter the building. The door will remain locked and you will need to wait in your vehicle. Rather than approaching the front door, please call us to announce your arrival and we will return your call when we can meet you and escort you into the building.
- You may be asked by a team member to have your temperature taken using a no-touch digital thermometer and you will also be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your service. We ask that you read and print the waiver in advance and you can download it here
- Upon arriving to the shop, please call to announce your arrival and we ask that you wait in your car until we are ready to see you. A team member will come out to get you when your technician is ready.
- We will continue to practice social distancing of 6 feet in the shop (except between you and your Aesthetician during your service).
During your appointment
- All clients and team members will be required to wear a mask while in the shop and will be asked to wash and sanitize their hands before your appointment.
- Team members are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting beds, chairs, stations, rooms and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Bed linens, Gowns, Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client.
- Team members may ask you to keep your personal items to a minimum and may ask you to disinfect your phone (or any other items sitting out) with a wipe.
- Hugging and handshaking and anything other than the required contact to provide your service should be avoided at this time.
If you have an underlying health condition we ask that you wait at least 14 days before making an appointment. In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.
